We have received reports of people having issues during the checkout process. When entering the billing info for your credit card, MAKE SURE you are entering the actual billing information associated with the card and not just your store information.

 Several people have reported problems with Internet Explorer during the checkout process. If you experience any issues with the checkout and you are using IE, we recommend switching to Google CHROME or Mozilla FIREFOX. Both have proved to be much more stable platforms for the web store.
